We actually book a 1/2-hour appointment when you come to pick up your orthotics. This means that we don’t just hand you your orthotics in a plastic bag and send you on your way: we make sure they fit, and that they’re comfortable. You will also get advice on the break-in period, appropriate footwear, expected results, and basic care of your new orthotics.
