There is a series of steps that needs to be followed in order to properly evaluate a patient and ensure that a custom orthotic is a valid treatment option and that the devices are properly designed.

Your initial 1-hour assessment appointment will cover the first 5 steps and your fitting appointment will complete steps 7 and 8.
Manufacturing – step 5 – is all done in-house: we don’t send your casts to an outside lab. We strongly believe that this is the best procedure because it allows us to control the manufacturing process and make any needed adjustments immediately. There is no chance of miscommunication between what your pedorthist wants and what the lab technicians manufacture. Furthermore, if any tweaks or fine-tuning is needed at the fitting, we can do it right then and there while you wait.
